In order to redeem your Rewards Points, please make sure you are signed into your customer account, and then the rewards will appear once you have proceeded to checkout. Once you are in the checkout page there will be a drop down field above the discount code field where you can select how many points you would like to apply to your order. Please note, that The Shop Pay option does not allow users to use their Rewards Points, unfortunately. You will need to sign out of Shop Pay to redeem your points.
Next, select the number of points you would like to apply to your order. The APPLY button will become available to click once your points are selected. After the APPLY button is clicked, you will see a dollar off tag to confirm that you are receiving a discount on your order. See the screenshot below as an example:
